Aflac ONLINE CLAIM CAPABILITIES

OPTION #1: From your cellular phone, go to your App store to download the MyAflac Mobile App to register and Login; or

OPTION #2: From a desktop or a tablet, go to this link: https://www.aflac.com/file-a-claim/default.aspx.  Here you will learn more about Aflac's online, self-service tools.  Then register and Login to file an Aflac SmartClaim.

NOTE:  There is NO Option to send claim documentation via email directly into Aflac's Claim Department for online claim processing.

Aflac's online claim processing system is called SmartClaim. SmartClaim is available online 24 hours a day where one can take advantage of the following benefits/claims services:

  • Sign up for "Direct Deposit"

  • Receive email notifications

  • Modify payment option information
